EU CUSTOMERS:
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Include your order number.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, odour-free, and resaleable condition, with all original tags and packaging.
If the item shows signs of wear, use, washing, perfume, or damage, the refund may be reduced up to 100% according to Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refund Processing
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund (minus any value reduction) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are not refunded for EU withdrawals.

NON-EU CUSTOMERS:
For customers outside the European Union, returns are only accepted for items that are defective upon arrival.
Defective Items (Non-EU Only):

Email info@dulse1000.com within 7 days of receiving the defective item with a description and photo evidence. -
Return Authorization
Once the defect is confirmed, I will provide a return approval and a pre-paid return label. -
Inspection
I will inspect the returned item and notify you of approval or rejection. -
Refunds or Exchange
If approved, you may choose a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days, including reimbursement of the original shipping cost. -
Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs for defective items (non-EU) are covered by DULSE1000.
